Linny Simkin

Linny brings nearly two decades of retained executive search experience in senior management with large and small companies. Prior to joining Chen Partners, Linny was with global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles, where she worked with clients on a variety of executive and management level search assignments across industries ranging from real estate and financial services to hospitality and manufacturing. She began her search career there as a research assistant and research associate, developing deep expertise in search strategy and in candidate identification and development.

For the past 13 years, Linny has been responsible for assisting clients in identifying and recruiting the top candidates in the market. Before her search career, Linny worked in medical research with the University of Washington. She received a BA from Pomona College.
