Peggy Chong

Peggy has over 25 years of combined executive search, internal recruiting and human resources consulting experience with rapidly growing companies and established global companies. Most recently, Peggy was affiliated with a Los Angeles-based boutique search firm before joining the team at Chen Partners. She was formerly with the global executive search firm Spencer Stuart, where she focused on serving clients in financial services, professional services and consumer products, among other sectors.

Before entering the search profession in 1994, Peggy developed and led internal staffing and human resources functions for Ernst & Young's Western Region Consulting practice. In that role, she was responsible for partner and professional level staffing and performance management. She previously worked as an independent consultant in executive staffing and human resources, serving clients in entertainment, retail and manufacturing. Earlier in her career, she worked in strategic human resources management with Max Factor, Twentieth Century Fox and Mobil Oil Corporation.

Peggy earned a BA from California State University, Los Angeles. She serves as a Board member of the YWCA Pasadena Foothill Valley.
